My family enjoyed our stay here. The pools were spectacular. I appreciated the quick response when we had an issue with our tub.

The parking was an issue. The rooms needed updates with stains and mildew visible.

The elevator situation was frustrating. I waited ages for it multiple times. One night there was a lot of noise from maintenance work nearby, which disrupted my rest. Overall, the room was spacious, but the furniture seemed outdated. It would help if they put more focus on housekeeping and room updates.

We had a fab time in our oceanfront room with a cute balcony. Super comfy beds and tons of pillows. The pool bar was a blast, and the staff was really friendly! Only bummer was the elevators were kinda slow. a decent spot for families who want to chill by the beach.

The best part of our stay was the amazing heated pools! 🏊‍♀️ So cozy! Everything else was just okay, and the carpets could use a deep clean. a nice getaway with the fam!

The coffee pot was broken upon arrival, and I had to swap it myself after maintenance dropped off a new one in a box instead of taking care of it. Room cleaning services don’t happen daily, so I had to manage changing beds and cleaning myself during our stay, which felt a bit inconvenient. The lazy river lacked a current, making it less enjoyable for family splashes.

The indoor water park is a great attraction for kids. Our fridge didn’t work during the stay.

Staff were quicker than a coffee run on Monday morning, always on hand to bring fresh towels and keep the fun rolling!

The resort provided activities that kept our group entertained, and the location was super convenient. Definitely try the yoga on the beach for some serenity while you’re there!

However, check-in took way too long for us. We were in line for over 20 minutes, which was frustrating after a long drive.
